The Star within us all, this fundamental truth, light( everything is light,let me explain, darkness also, darkness and light are the same in just we perceive them to be different, we are taught they are different, why base what you was taught as "truth" and believe in it, truth can never be proven unless it is proven by you, until you experience it how would you know it to be an reality or real and true?
